At Flamingo Estate, we stand by the integrity of our garden-grown goods and artisanal home essentials. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original sustainable packaging to ensure they arrive back at the Estate safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
