This set represents the pinnacle of our Olive Oil craft.

Each begins with our 2025 Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold-pressed from the Great Harvest and chosen for its electric green hue, high polyphenols, and peppered finish. From that base, we layer two rare gastronomic treats: Italian White Truffle and wild Fennel Pollen flowers.Together, these Oils form a study in contrast and harmony — bright and green, floral and anise-sweet, earthy and umami-rich.
